Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This policy explains what CreateCubic collects when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who is responsible
This website is operated by CreateCubic, a studio run by Bruno Briote. For anything in this policy, write to hello@createcubic.com.
What is collected
What you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company name, the type of project, the budget range you select, and your message. Only the email address and the message are required.
Your IP address at the moment you submit the form. It is used to limit how many submissions can arrive from one place in a minute, which is what keeps the form from being used by spam bots. It is not stored in a database.
Your language choice (English or Portuguese), kept in your browser under the key "c3-lang". It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
What is not collected
There are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site, no cookies, and no profiling. Nothing you do here is used to build a profile of you, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
If that ever changes — an analytics tool or an advertising pixel — this policy will be updated before it goes live, and the date at the top will change.
Why it is collected
To read your enquiry and reply to it with a scope and a price, and to keep a record of what was discussed if we go on to work together. That is the only purpose.
Where a legal basis is required, it is your request to take steps before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of abuse.
Who else sees it
Resend, which delivers the message to our inbox, and Vercel, which hosts the site and runs the function that receives the form. Each processes the data only to provide that service.
Both operate internationally, so your message may be processed on servers outside the country you are in.
Nothing is sold, rented, or handed to anyone else, except where the law requires it.
How long it is kept
Enquiries stay in our email for as long as there is a reason to keep them — an active conversation, a live project, or the records a finished project leaves behind. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to how it is used. Email hello@createcubic.com and you will get an answer within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, these rights come from the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the LGPD, or California law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be obvious on this page rather than buried.
